5. Refund Policy

After receiving and inspecting the returned product:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days

  • Refunds are sent to the original payment method

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was from HEU BOSS

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers must provide:

  • Bank account details or

  • Easypaisa / JazzCash number


6. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed in case of:

  • Size issues

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Manufacturing defect

Exchanges depend on product availability.


7. Return Shipping Responsibility

  • If the return is due to our mistake (defective/wrong item), HEU BOSS covers return shipping

  • If the return is due to customer preference (change of mind/size), customer bears shipping cost
